Sausage Stir Fry

I always try to keep a package of lite smoked sausage and bell peppers in the frig for those last minute dinners.  This dish is a staple in my kitchen. . .it is quick and delicious!



Ingredients ~
1 pkg lite smoked sausage
1 pkg multi-colored bell peppers
1 large sweet onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cantonese stir fry sauce
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon red crushed pepper
(Optional)
2 medium size potatoes, cubed

Directions ~
In a large saute pan, add olive oil
Set burner on medium heat
Add sliced onions and peppers
Saute until they start to soften
Add sliced sausage and stir fry sauce
Sprinkle in pepper, stirring to mix
Cook until edges of sausage and peppers are lightly brown





Serve over rice .  .  .
or for a heartier meal,
add cubed potatoes to the stir fry.
